What’s the best thing about your job?

Meeting different people, discovering their experiences, and talking with them is like travelling.

If you could change one thing about your job what would it be?

There is nothing to be changed. I love my job, and I am doing this for 40 years!!!

What’s something about your role that you wish people understood?

To be a Hotel GM is like a conductor. You have to please the guests, and make everything working well! Not so easy sometimes.

What’s your favourite thing to do on your day off?

On my day off? Taking care of my wife.

What’s a cheap and cheerful food secret you (usually) only tell your friends?

Eat fresh and natural product. To cook simply! But this is the difficult point: simply!!!

If money was no object, where would you go for lunch or dinner?

In a 3* Michelin restaurant, or in a small restaurant with a very good chef who cook “simply”!!!

Where do you take a friend when they come to visit?

In Monaco, the Hotel de Paris at the bar for a drink …. (and) at the Café de Paris to see the people walking around.

What’s the best shopping experience in town?

Vuitton, I love it!! And my wife also …..

Is there a local tourist cliché that’s actually worth doing?

The Oceanographic museum

Is there a tourist attraction nearby that you can’t believe you still haven’t visited yourself?

The Palace!
